Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at KinkStructure. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate and personal nature of BDSM and adult products, we must adhere to strict health and hygiene standards. Please read our policy below carefully before initiating a return.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To protect the health and safety of our customers and staff, we enforce the following guidelines:

  • Unopened & Unused: Items must be in the exact same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging. If the vacuum seal, plastic wrap, or factory seal of an intimate item has been broken, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase provided by KinkStructure.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • Intimate Gear & Inserts: Any items designed for internal use, direct skin contact, or worn garments (such as collars, bondage straps, cuffs, or impact toys) that have been opened or removed from their protective sealing.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional events, or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be refunded.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@KinkStructure.com.

  2. Provide your Order Number, the Name of the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for the return.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, changed mind, or wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), KinkStructure will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@KinkStructure.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Note: Please include clear photographs or a short video of the defect or damage in your email so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

7. Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if it meets the eligibility criteria above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
