Thank you for choosing KinkStructure. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and with the utmost discretion. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. 100% Discreet Packaging & Privacy Guaranteed

We value your privacy above all else.

  • All orders are shipped in completely plain, unmarked packaging (brown cardboard boxes or opaque poly mailers).

  • There are no logos, brand names, or descriptions of the contents on the outside of the package.

  • The return address on the shipping label will use a neutral corporate name rather than "KinkStructure," ensuring that no one—including family members, roommates, or postal workers—will know what is inside.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods or product launches.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier holidays, or severe weather conditions.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

KinkStructure ships to most countries worldwide. However, due to legal restrictions on adult and novelty items in certain jurisdictions, we may not be able to ship to every country.

  • If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified immediately at checkout, or our customer service team will contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. KinkStructure is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@KinkStructure.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

6. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes via standard postal services in most regions.

  • For military addresses (APO/FPO), delivery times may be longer due to military mail handling procedures.

7. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. KinkStructure is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at support@KinkStructure.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
